[b38] A wierd vault placement in daikara

at the red cross I have one of those big vaults, it seems the map generator muffed up.
There is no way in, can't dig or teleport either.

I've had spots that big missing in Daikara multiple times in one char, so either that bug was really common with that guy or it's not a bug.
