ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I choose Dwarf Bulwark for my character?and found this "Repulsion" skill only shows "XXX uses Repulsion" in the combat message window when activited and actually did nothing while I was being surrounded. It seem like I was never use any talent and it still consume 30+ stamina plus 1 turn.
Everything is normal In Beta37 so it must be a bug.
