In the arena campaign, my skeleton brawler (http://te4.org/characters/2460/tome/4ee ... 4c75a89c74) was killed but was not given option to resurrect with re-assemble at 5/5.

true of all methods of revival, even Lichform if you happen to be hacking or something...
