[b38] Displacement Shield + Damage Shield

When you have Displacement Shield and a regular damage shield up at the same time, the damage shield takes damage first. However, the damage can still be displaced, effectively upgrading the damage shield into another Displacement Shield, except when it fails to displace the damage it also acts as a regular damage shield.
