ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I'm in far east and all of a sudden my target skills stopped working. the game reported that I was using them but nothing was happening. so I rebooted the game, save exit etc. tried to use the skills again and started getting error messages. nothing seems to help.

silly me decided to check if they would work when put on auto-enable. which I did in the entrance to an orc pride and it started spamming so many bug reports that I died instantly so now I can't even enter the game to try to change anything. the spam of bug report requests just keep on coming.

please help!

I solved it by creating a cfg file in settings, allowing me access to the lua console. then I typed game.player.getTarget = nil like darkgod had written in another post and it works now.
