[b38/OSX] Targeting/looking with mouse is laggy

Long-running OSX bug here, just confirming that it is still around in b38.
For those of you using OSX, you can still use shift + arrow keys to free-target.

My cursor isn't just laggy, it actually jumps to the bottom of the screen and stays there when I try to mouse target something--totally unusable. Works fine for everything else, AFAICT. Keyboard targetting is still fine.
Never had the problem on older versions (pre-b31 or so, I couldn't get anything later to run on Leopard). I just upgraded to Snow Leopard though and accordingly this is the first beta I've been able to play since then, and the first time I've had the problem.
