[b38] several bugs

I played a shadowblade and in dreadfell I died when my shadow was killed. After I was sent back to live, I found a clone of my character. This bug happened only for one time my shadow being killed.
After I defeated orc ambush, I was killed in Reknor but I was dead, instead A 1000000 shield appeared and the log said orcs took the plot staff which should be happened if player defeated in orc amubush... And then all the monsters in that level of Reknor disappeared.
Then I went into the orc armoury, but found no dragons. I got no achievement when I opened the door.
In dark crypt, I killed a orc berserker, an error window popup, since then, When I use any target require talent, error window will appear.
I have already sent the last error report to the server. It seems that the problem is in the "mouse to target" phase, and if I bind that talent to mouse click, it will work well.
Any one knows how to repair the last bug?
