[b38] Wand of nothing

I found an "elm wand" which has no spell in it; the only thing I can do with it is drop it! Seems kinda silly to me...

Maybe they are for polymorph piling in later versions.

Wands are going to be removed eventually, so you know. And yes, empty wands are annoying

This is because there are no greater ego suffixes for wands. This also applies to inscriptions, which is why there are so many white high level ones.
