Fearscape bugs in 38

Just to have it mentioned.
!. The Wayist still doesnt like to talk to you, when you kill Subject Z in the fearscape.
2. Killing the boss of the orc-ambush, after killing the master, while in fearscape prevents the spawn of the exit to the worldmap. It got most likely generated in the fearscape. Maybe adding the reoccuring portal like in Farportals would fix that easily.
