Corpsebow has an on-hit effect which, in b37, applies 15 blight damage when shooting a target.

• Damage when the wearer hits(ranged): 15 corrupted blood

In b38, this on-hit effect no longer triggers when shooting a target. I'm not sure if this is a larger issue with the ranged equipment rework and ranged on-hit effects, or if it's an issue with the corrupted blood proc. In any case, it doesn't function as expected.
