[b38] health/stamina/ammo bars always full

The bars for health, stamina, and ammo are always full, even when the related quantity is below the maximum...
edit: oops, it was just the decorations on the right side of the stamina bar obscuring the end of the bar! probably same for health, but ammo is definitely broken...
