SVN Addon Configure screen

Ok this is more a suggestion than a bug, but I was caught by surprise when I clicked on the module name, and it started it.
Perhaps a "Start" button similar to the load game screen.
(Though the new game screen could then also use a start button for UI standardization).
Or just disable the ability to press on the module to start it.
