[b37] Two of me. Again. (different situation/using bugfix)

I last left the fortress via the top portal, as I typically do for no particular reason. When I came back a little while later, a NPC version of me was still standing there.
Unlike last time, this is a different entity; if I hit it, only it takes damage, I can walk into it and swap places, etc. Lucky for me it is tuned to 'friendly.' That is probably because you are default friendly to yourself anyway though (mouse over yourself.)

I didn't try killing it because while I suspect I'd be fine, it isn't worth risking just for info.

Edits:
Left and returned: still there.
NOTE: being in the fortress with him there is MASSIVE LAG. I have a very powerful computer with 8gigs of ram and a high end graphics card but even it is slowed to the point each step of autopath is clearly visible (it is normally almost instant blink to location)
The rest of my comp is typical speed though; the lag is ToME only.

I had almost the exact same issue. It didn't hurt the game's visible performance in my case, but I did end up killing my other self with no negative consequences.

Yeah I just kill the clone and save out and reload. The massive lag is too much to just leave the clone there.
