small bug: a fire trap gives the opening-door sound
big bug: saving an escort on lvl2 of OF, took the +1 Cunning reward, but noticed later that my Cunning is unchanged

1. Are you sure something else didn't open a door?

2. You sure nothing else modified your Cunning? And are you looking at base or current Cunning score? Your base is unmodified - it gets applied as an extra so it doesn't interfere with the 60 cap.
