[b37] Drake hatchlings count toward summon total

For the summoner, the drake hatchlings spawning using Grand Arrival count towards your summon limit. I assume this is not intentional, if it is, then you need to fix the fact that the hatchlings will spawn if you summon the Fire Drake last, even if the Fire Drake was the last creature before your summon cap.
