ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Greetings,

I am a donor (Silver) who has had access to this mode of character creation for a long time now... yet for some reason it is '--Locked--' for me in Beta 37.

I have access to custom character icons and my tome 4 web account properly ID's my standing. I have tried login in and out of my profile... all work.. but still no Explorer.

The feature is not disabled for you (and it will always be enabled after donating*). It's the whole in-game service checking I believe. The server is running into some problems, probably related to increased player load.

I am not sure if trying, then cancelling until it succeed would help, because I think that specific service on the server has probably crashed, and DG is out of office so to speak, and there is no one else who has access to there*.
