Observed with excorted NPC and with townsfolk.
Not work with common hostiles.
Such behavior doesn't correspond to the declared immovability of the character in a Aim stance.

True for all pinning effects, if I'm not mistaken.

Pinning stops your legs from moving, but not your arms from waving around to cast that teleport spell.
