[b36] freeze issues

This is specifically about the freeze status effect
.
Issues with the player being frozen:
- everything turns hostile, including minions and supposedly the player himself. This is probably what breaks escort quests when fighting Wrathroot, as the escorts don't revert to friendly (unlike necromancer minions).
- spells that normally require a target fire off instantly without, which is very typo-unfriendly
- this includes displacement shield which fires off targeting the player. It _should_ be possible to use it properly, as the ice block does not block LoS, alternatively grey it out so the CD isn't used up.

- target turns to self while in the iceblock
- often reacquiring the player as target does NOT happen without LoS even with bosses, which makes some fights completely trivial (f.e. tempest peak), as long as damage is only done while target is frozen
