[b36] Sunder Arms, Sunder Armour use stun resistance?

Why do the talents "Sunder Arms" and "Sunder Armour" use stun resistance as a check for their effects? This is not mentioned anywhere in the talent description, and the effects don't stun, daze, freeze, or any other effect that one associates with stunning. This makes the talents near useless for the player to use in my opinion. I would remove the stun resistance check, as these affect the armour and weaponry of the target actor, not the target actor itself.
*edit*
I also think it's a little weird that the npc talents "Constrict", "Grab" (which pins), and maybe "Crush" (which also pins) all check stun resistance. Perhaps change 'em to check for pin resistance instead, which I think makes a little more sense.
