[b36] Doomed and antimagic

Call shadows is a "spell", and is therefore disrupted by antimagic (and, presumably silence). This is inconsistent with the rest of the Doomed talents, and could be left from before the change to WIL/CUN from WIL/MAG.

EDIT: also, Darkness talents.

Yes, just hot doomed antimagic and points placed in darkness are now useless! Please fix

To be fair the darkness spell requires -magical sight- to see through the murk.
