[b35] Remaining Stat Points improperly reported

Problem: When leveling up my character, I allocated a stat point and saw, then, that I had 2 remaining. I allocated another point and tried one more, but it claimed that I was out of points, and, sure enough, the indicator reported 0 points remaining. I took a point away from a stat, then, and it reported 2, and I re-allocated it and, again, it reported 0, so it appeared to be a basic counting bug where it always went from 2 to 0. When I confirmed my level-up changes, though, after spending my talent points, the "Level Up!" notification persisted, so I curiously clicked it again. It claimed that I had zero stat and talent points, but, remembering the glitch that I had been having, I clicked on one of my stats and, sure enough, a point was allocated despite it being reported that I had 0 remaining, and, after that, my level-up notification went away.

I wish that I could go into more detail about what caused this bug. Maybe I hadn't spent all of my stat points from character creation (this was from level 1 to 2), and that had a hand in this? Anyway, going straight from 2 to 0 is obviously a flaw, and then being able to spend a point while I had 0 remaining... Good luck!

Were you playing on Insane? IIRC, you get 2.5 stat points per level on insane, which could contribute to the problem.

I was playing on Insane, yes, so that probably does have something to do with the problem. Rather than displaying the partial point values, it must be rounding in a strange way. Maybe, when it went from 2 to 0, I actually had only 1.5 to spend, although that doesn't explain how, after confirming and then re-opening the level-up dialog, I was able to spend a point when it reported 0.
