ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Hello.

This bug makes the game unplayable.
I assume there must be some way to make it work, or else more than me would write a bug report.
I tried to move my player south (down) on the screen and what happened was that the icons for talents toggled instead.
I can move with the mouse, clicking down, but that is no option.
I tried to toggle NumLock on/off but that did not help.

Maybe check your key bindings and try if reconfiguring helps?

I checked keybindings and it says:

Move down Down keypad2

Yet, when I press '2' I toggle between 'displaying talents' and 'displaying creatures'
At least that is what the text message tells me.
I have played this for quite some time now and this is a first.
I didn't change anything between b34 and this new b35.

REbind 2 to 'down movement' [regardless what it says]

You put me on the right track.
Keypad2 was also on 'Toggle seen creatures' for unknown reason.
When I did change that, everything works again.

Hmpf, he only got you on the right track because you ignored me when i said 'check your keybindings' and not 'check your keybinding for the down key' .

Now more problems in the same category.
Suddenly all of my talens disappeared.
I can toggle with creatures, but they do not show up when they should.
Now I use them from memory only and I am glad I always use the same keys for my talents.
Something is weird with this release.

... hit page up or page down a time or two. Alternately, scroll the mouse wheel a bit.
