After reaching level 20 with a Cornac Necromancer, I pressed G to level up and got the screen below.

Until then everything had been normal, and when I checked my stats after levelling up my Constitution was correctly at 23, so it is not a show-stopper, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

I've seen this happen before with diseases...Does this character have one, by chance? Haven't memorized that effect image yet...

Looks like he has a curse/disease(?) debuff and a "recently used rune/inscription" debuff.

Yes, I can no longer check, but I guess you are right; probably it was due to a disease debuff
