[b34] Double artifacts

I got two (non identical) copies of Bolbum's Big Knocker in the ID. One was from the random boss on lvl 32, the other was from the Master on lvl 33.

Dual wield them and you'll have the biggest set of knockers in the land!

Also got a second Serpentine Cloak. This one was from the Greater Mummy Lord.

And a second set of Garkul's Teeth, from Fyrk. These all seem to be from non-random bosses, which probably isn't a coincidence.
