True for any wall-walking mob. This might also be the case for the relevant Chronomancy spell (Swap? I think that's it).

It is; the various talents (there's a rogue talent that does it too, at the very least) that switch places with enemies will happily land you inside a wall.

I've had random unique Xs and Gs dump me inside something normally impassible several times, ferex. Run farportals enough times and it'll hit'cha eventually. I can only imagine summoned dreads can be displaced like will o'wisps.
