[b34] Cannot hotkey two similar rings

I am wearing two copper rings of pilfering, call them A and B.
They have slightly different stats.
Each grants the talent disengage.
I can create a hotkey for A by dragging or by highlighting and pressing a key.
When I create a hotkey for B, it always binds to A instead.
I can still use B through inventory, though, and both rings maintain separate cooldowns, as expected.
If I unequip A and try to create a hotkey for B, it still always binds to A.
If I drop A, any existing hotkeys bound to A are magically bound to B.
The icon tooltips and timers update to reflect the change.
When I pick up A again, all those hotkeys are bound to A again.
