I think this is a known bug, but I'm reporting it again, especially as I think I know what causes it.

Basically: if a NPC has an activable item equipped and drops it, and you pick it up...It looks like it keeps the 'worn'flag, meaning you can use it from inventory(until you wear and remove it yourself).

What is happening is likely that NPCs drop their stuff DIRECTLY to the ground without unequipping.

Well that explains why I can use this staff and gloves of dispersion without wearing them! Interesting bug...

Ohhhhhh.... Is *that* what it was?

This is separate from the things where certain activations like Glyph of Explosions and Ruination etc could be used from inventory, right? Because that happened even with stuff I had from the shops.. I think? O.o
