Talent respec exploits

A few sorta exploits that I've noticed -
Escort points can be redistributed into more desirable spots. (Warrior give your alchemist weapon accuracy? Take it out and give it to channel staff).
More complex but always possible -
If there's a talent that's good early on but that's not needed later on, take out the last points you put into it before picking new talents every level-up. Then when the talent becomes unnecessary take those points out permanently.
Being cursed gives free generic point-
When cursed by the necro quest just take last generic point out.
I'm not really sure if ALL of these are patchable, or if it's desirable. Figured there should be some discussion of it that I've not yet seen.
