[b34] Disappearing Mark of Spellblaze (Not Just Missing)

I know that there are dozens of posts right now about not having the Mark of Spellblaze dungeon, but I haven't heard of anyone having it disappear on them, yet.
Because I was missing the dungeon the first few times, I made a point of checking for it before doing anything with the character. It was there, just lower on the charred scar area then I had usually seen. I went to the Deep Bellow, did the first level, visited Last Hope, and was on my way to the apprentice mage when I decided to check for it again.
Gone.
I can upload the save or wilderness.teaz file if need be.

I talked to the alchemist and got the Elixir of Foundations quest part and the Graveyard quest, I believe. I don't think I sold anything in Last Hope, just a few things in the Iron Council that I had gotten from the Deep Bellow.

I made a backup save before entering the world map on the same character, in case it wasn't there. The first time I reloaded the backup, no Spellblaze. The second time I reloaded it, the Spellblaze was there. This indicates to me that the problem is in the initial loading of the wilderness.teaz file, or perhaps just the general loading of the file.
I made a point of visiting it this time, in the hope that having a mark-spellblaze.teaz file would prevent it from disappearing on me again. No word on that yet.
Edit: Oh! I just remembered something else I did in Last Hope, though idk if it is related. I got the two martial training categories while there.

I just had the world map "reset" on me....
I came up out of spellblaze and the worldmap was now "fogged" over again... spellblaze had moved over a few spaces... the golem graveyard and ruined dungeon were near last hope (they were elsewhere earlier)... and my entrance to Reknor is now gone. I didnt mind much when the portal to wizardtown disappeard the last time this happened, but it stinks not being able to continue the game. Is there a way to transport yourself to a dungeon via cheats?
I had saved down in the spell blaze, and I have tried reloading directly from that save, and i just get variations in the theme described above. I have "Save in the background" and "Zone save per level" both disabled.

I've seen both happen. I dont think it's particular to last hope: after going to the world map, when you enter a particular location and then come out, it's gone.
If it's of any help: I've noticed that when I see the sites, they don't show in the minimap, if they are going to disappear afterwards (if they do show in the minimap -as purple dots- they usually remain).

Is there something one has to do to reap the benefits of the fix, or should I just wait for the next beta? The Spellblaze, Golem Graveyard, and Elven Ruins consistently don't show up when I play, and more recently the Iron Council has been disappearing as soon as I exit it when I play a dwarf, although deleting the saved info on my computer seemed to fix that one at least.
