1st bug, the assassin lord still doesn't show up in the encounter sometimes; this results in the character being stuck on the floor.

2nd bug, if you notice in the first picture, one of the shadowblades has 60ish health and still neutral

Is he stealth-ed?

No, I can walk through the square he normally occupies right underneath the merchant, normally even when he's in stealth you cannot walk through him.

In fact, I made sure I walked on every square just to find out, and he was not there.
