DarkGod mentioned in the chat that he wanted an example of being able to use ostensibly only-while-being-worn items from the inventory. I've uploaded my save with two examples: one a staff of the stars, another a robe of explosions.

I was surprised to find that I could use the eel-skin armor from inventory recently.

That was b32 or b33. Don't know if it was a single occurrence. I'll check again to see if this is still possible.
