b34 pre-release (windows no music/no tiles)

No tiles. It defaulted to ASCII (and it wouldn't let me load them). I asked in IRC and Zonk said his was fine.
So I downloaded the file with music and it has tiles. So whatever it is it only seems to be a problem with the no music pre-release.
