ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Level 2 of the yeek starting dungeon, I ran into a ritch pit. Of course, with this dungeon, there are no doors, so they all start pouring out at me. I'm playing an Anorithil, and this is currently at the "somewhat challenging but nor horrible" level.

Then I encounter the lvl 30 ritch hunter that joined the group - who can one-shot me every time.

This seems... excessive.

I also had this happen to me.... Luckily I was able to mind-control the guy after only two deaths I think, but I was level 3 at the time and he was 30ish. I posted a screenshot to the worst monsters ever thread...

To get this noticed again:
It is still present in the Yeek starting dungeon in [b34].
