[b33] Character Sheet Online URL is unclickable

As the title says... When I press 'C' in-game, and click on the link given at the bottom of that window, it does nothing. This is on Windows XP Professional 32-bit, my default browser is Firefox 3.6.22 and FF is also set as my default URL handler. My Internet Explorer (which I don't use) has its security settings set to a custom level based off 'medium-high', with most options set to 'prompt', but I don't think that would affect simple URL handling. I'm assuming this link is supposed to be clickable and/or is clickable for most people...?
