ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

The Discord Vengeful Blessing gives far too much attack speed bonus. I got a dagger with the Havok bonus, and it had 40% attack speed, which is equivalent to +150% damage over a given period of time (for bump attacks). I also found a Discord greatmaul, with 60% attack speed, equivalent to +66% damage. I don't think it was intended to be that powerful.

EDIT: new record: 10% attack speed with Havok on a Dwarven steel battleaxe at level 26. Talents level 5/2/5/0

EDIT 2: new record, -10%, Havok on Stralite, which acts the same as 0%, as far as I could tell.
