ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Playing through as a Necro, I've noticed a few bosses/enemy NPCs have been....missing. I finally was forced to stop at Reknor, as I can't even continue with the quest.

Notable Disappearances:
Celia
All Farportal bosses (all attack me for several turns, then disappear)
All Uniques (all attack me for several turns, then morph into a world map tile)
Entirety of Reknor, barring a random orc I saw on Reknor (2). No boss or anything on all other levels

I'll gladly upload a save file (if needed) if you tell me what files I should upload...

What is it that you don't understand, DG? I go to these zones and nothing is there...it's the first time I go there.

You mean liek in reknor there were *no* npcs ?

There was, for some reason, a random orc on Reknor (2) that I mentioned. Absolutely nothing else.
