[b33] Summoner/arena bugs

Summoners with summon control can possess their minotaur and force them to drop their axe. It's still there after the minotaur leaves, and said summoner can summon more minotaurs to collect an essentially infinite amount of axes. Probably should be fixed.
I've had several waves consisting of just a single enemy, including a couple of earlier ones with just a single bone giant which was dispatched in two turns. The later ones (Sun crusaders) might be intended, as they're actually kind of dangerous.
Summoners' minotaurs do not respect Warshout usage settings, and frequently warshout their allies.
A fire drake will shoot randomly when fighting an invisible target, without care for whether allies are in the blast.
Or do those last two go into the AI thread?
