ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Playing on Vista with nVidia's 280.26 reference drivers, every time I start the game, I get a dialog that asks me if I want to accept the new resolution for the game (which re-loads the game if I say yes). Also, with hardware cursor enabled, the mouse cursor is invisible. I can generally tell where it is by what gets highlighted, though. Disabling hardware mouse cursor lets me see it.
