Unique Undead NPCs can be Summoners

As above, had one summon a War Hound, Firespitter....But Undeads a player race can't be Summoners/Wilders at all.
I suspect that player-race NPCs 'cheat' too when considering available classes. Should be fixed for consistency sake, unless you think making an exception for npcs is ok in this case.

Why is it banned, anyway? Non-living things have no connection to nature or somesuch?

I think that's why, yes, and also why undead PCs(again..dunno if NPCs 'cheat' about this) cannot use infusions.

The infusion thing also has a game-balance reason, though, since it's how they pay for their high-powered racial talents.
It's sort of a pity to lose so many race-class combinations purely for plot reasons.

After dying repeatedly in the tomb I suggest banning all vampire powers, including summoning.

OP bastards.
I have to admit it was very weird when the vampire started summoning fire drakes. Are they also dragons now?

Vampires have an undefined summon talent so they should only summon other vampires. I don't see any reason they'd be summoning drakes and if they are I'd assume it's a bug.
