Character Information and Hotkey list randomly turn black?

Rarely when I am playing the character info on the left and the hotkeys list at the bottom of the screen will both turn completely black for a few turns. The box that pops up when you highlight something with the mouse also turns black. This has only happened a few times throughout hours of playing B31, but it sure makes it hard to play when it does happen. Anybody have any ideas?

I have the same issue. The black disappears, and info and hotkeys return as soon as you take any action.
It can be pretty annoying if you don't know which talents are on cooldown.

It is even worse if you triggered a talent, then it blacked out. The entire UI disappears, including targeting path (and monster ID) so you can't tell where you are shooting for a turn.
