[svn4118] some hotkeys that invokes dialog auto-select item

1) I mapped 'u'se items to 'a'. The first activable item in the list ( numbered as 'a') is auto-activated.
If I remap it to 'b', the second is activated.
2) I mapped create alch-gems to [A]-c. This hotkey causes the third gem in the list auto-converted.
3) It seems that 'w'ear, and 'i'nventory is not affected.

In svn4144, [A]-C has the side effect of opening character sheet.

This is still happening in svn4220. Any time the hotkey is the same as a selection in the subsequent menu that pops up, it autoselects whatever the hotkey is -- i.e. setting a to use item automatically selects the item in the a slot. Setting the transmog chest to * automatically causes t.mog all to be selected, etc.

It also brings up an item when you go into a store using the keyboard, and have a sufficiently large inventory. For example, if you press 8 to go north into a store, it'll bring up the "Sell foo?" dialog, where foo is whatever item is currently labeled 8 on that particular inventory-view.
