[B31] Storming the city quest: done + antimagic

After satisfying the apprentice mage and killing Urkis, when you do the antimagic quests the quest continues as if you didn't kill Urkis yet. This makes no sense.
After completing the magical version of the quest and killing Urkis, the 'nature' version should no longer be available from protector Myssil.
