[b30] Crystal resistances

The crystals in the elf starting zone resist "ice" not "cold".

In addition to this several egos also have ice damage added, I think icy is one of them.
Preferably these would all be changed to cold.(I can't remember many of these)

Ice damage is fine, it means cold damage + cahnce to freeze

Red crystals still have -100% ice resist.

Playing 31 - crimson crystals have -100% light resist but no 100% resist to anything. Shouldn't they resist blight, as that's the damage type they do?

I think I found out why they're not blight-immune...that'd make them ***VERY***difficult for Corruptors who just started out.
