is it possible to disable the "chat click"?

I use mouse move, but the bottom lines on screen make some problems:
most times I open the chat window instead of moving.
Other times moving by mouse is impossible (only on bottom lines on screen/level)

I have this problem, too. I can somewhat work around it by clicking on the map to move, or Right-clicking and selecting "Move to" instead of just left-clicking, or switching to keyboard movement, but it really interferes with the normal flow of gameplay when I have to do that.
