(pre-b29) two activateable talents from egos on same item

Example: "blightbringer's boots of rushing." "Blightbringer's" ego give disengage talent, and "of rushing" ego gives rushing talent. Currently, both of these activateable talents can't coexist on the same item. This resulted in these boots of rushing to be activated for disengage, which is a little confusing.

This can also happen with randart boots, I got phasing, with extra energy from disengage (I believe)

Mistake on my part. Stupid copy and paste error. Blightbringer prefix should not have disengage.

I thought that was odd... Well, it's a problem with randarts anyway, though not as much of a problem since it's hidden.

This can also give double power activations, as I also got a randart staff that activated for level 8 (instead of 4) displacement shield, costing twice as much as normal, with double the energy reserve.

I think this is already fixed in svn. I found a randart that had twice the energy capacity for teleporting compared to a staff of conveyance, and teleporting cost the same amount of energy. This was actually very nice; I used it nearly all the time.
