Ingredients multiple drops

In general, when you have found an ingredient, it is no longer dropped from dead npcs.
But for my skel alchemist, the behavior is different. I have the ingredient, this is properly stated (green) in the quest log, and the ingredient continues to be dropped. This way, I have around 30+ bear paws in my inventory (and I intend to organize a big banquet in Derth if I find a good recipe
). I have waited for the drop of a second ingredient, but the behavior is absolutely similar. I have a new drop at each death (and the bears continue to drop their paws)....
