[beta28] Missing save game when loading.

I started a b28 Thalore Archmage, completed a few stages, saved the game, then saved and exited. When I try to reload this character, there are no save games to reload.
Details from the save directory desc.lua

The save directory contains all the expected files (as far as I know).
If anybody wants to examine the save files, send me a message, and I will archive the files and send them on.
