It was either in the Old Forest or the Trollmire. Whichever, disconnected vaults are bad.

I got a disconnected zigzag-chambers vault on Dreadfell 1. Thankfully I had an iron pickax of Reknor at the time, so it wasn't too hard to find the entrance.
