[b28pre-release] Transmogrification tooltip

When you use the transmogrification chest while standing on a single item, the tooltip for that item will not display. In previous betas (I don't know how far back), it did not display initially, but attempting to move the cursor with the mouse or keyboard brought up the tooltip. This is no longer the case, it appears.
