[b26b] Damage Smearing + Timeless infinite damage

Trying out what i expected to be an awesome combo, but turns out it bugs hard.

Nothing on the log when timeless is cast, however here's the infinte damage hit:

Alright, I think I have this one fixed. It'll change the functionality of damage smearing a bit but will be less processor intensive and over all better imo (from a code perspective).

I'll mail DG the fix.
